I’m Brittany Cabuno,

a proud Union County mom, community advocate, and long-time leader in workforce development and operational management.

I’m running for the Board of Education because our students, teachers, and families deserve transparency, accountability, and leadership that puts people first.

As a professional I spent my career building strong partnerships, solving problems, and creating systems that help people succeed. I believe those same skills belong in our schools; where communication, fairness, and follow-through matter most.

I’m committed to championing a school environment where:

Teachers feel supported, heard, and valued.

Students have access to safe, high-quality learning environments.

Families receive clear communication and real transparency.

Decisions are made with integrity and in the best interest of our community.

As a parent with a child in Union County Public Schools, this work is personal. I’m here to bring common-sense leadership, collaborative energy, and a genuine commitment to the families of District 4.

Let’s build a stronger, more transparent, and student-centered future together.

Cabuno for District 4

Community First. Transparency Always.
